This role will be responsible for directing a segment of the marketing function, including all aspects of marketing policies, objectives and programs/initiatives for all products and services for the organization. the Director will work with the marketing leadership team to form business plans and strategies to accomplish corporate objectives and direct the development of company marketing programs for primary care clinics. In addition, they will manage vendor partner relationships and mentor and help supervise other marketing team members.Onsite at our corporate headquarters in Doral.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Director major responsibilities will include leading the marketing team of the business in strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. Analyzing the company’s goals and researching their target audience to develop a detailed marketing plan for schedules and campaigns. Specific responsibilities will include the following:
- Lead Strategy and execute on Multi channel marketing efforts.
- Develop deep knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis and customer insight
- Meets with internal clients and stakeholders to identify their marketing needs.
- Leads vendor contracts, negotiations, procurement, compliance, regulations, and legal terms and conditions.
- Consumer data platform subject matter expertise, including but not limited to member, contact center and owned media data.
- Responsible for advertising operations including conversion and online attribution, site tagging, pixels, APIs, and lead generation.
- Aggregate internal and external reporting received from agencies and internal sources to compile a holistic view of performance and to provide leadership visibility of campaigns impact on business.
- Collaborates with all other key facility/program functions, VP of Operations, Regional Director, Center Administrator to develop marketing programs, monitor inquiry and impressions as per campaign.
- Serve as facility marketing lead/ liaison to leadership and field team(s] for proactive outbound communication regarding marketing programs, personnel, events. Seek input/ feedback to enhance, adjust, or create marketing growth plans.
- Frequent travel around centers.
- Oversee implementation of the marketing plan for each facility.
- Responsible for the marketing of the company's services to the right market across all forms of media and either Direct to Consumer (DTC) or via referring professionals.
- To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing and/ or external vendor to guide all aspects of print production, receipt, distribution, and website content.
- Conducts market research to identify market requirements for future growth expansion.
- Brainstorms and develops ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Liaison with external vendors and partners to guide and execute projects, promotional events, and campaigns.
- Collaborates with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Ensures creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Develops and communicates marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team.
- Supervises sales/outreach specialists.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent.
- Six (6) or more years of experience in marketing is required, experience in healthcare preferred.
- Four (4) or more years’ experience in marketing data, management, analysis.
- Strong decision-making, analytics skills
- Self-motivated, organized and excellent prioritization skills
- Four (4) or more years of experience in overseeing marketing campaign strategy, implementation, execution, and optimization.
- Experienced leader with a proven record of identifying strategies, tactics and plans to improve KPIs.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
