Opal is redefining identity security for modern enterprises. We've all felt the pain of not getting timely access to the tools, systems, and services we need to do our job. Security teams face a particular struggle — they need to strike the balance of avoiding business bottlenecks by limiting access or authorizing everything at the expense of increased risk. At Opal, we’re removing the tension by making least privilege practical through our end-to-end identity platform for human and non-human identities. We're proud to partner with customers like ScaleAI, Grammarly, Databricks, and Figma.
We’re looking for a high-energy “people-person” to join our team. In this role, you’ll spend ~70% of your time on People Operations and ~30% on Recruiting, but as a growing organization, each day looks a little different. This is a great role for someone with People Operations experience who is also interested in Recruiting, Talent Strategy, and People Leadership. Our ideal candidate has worked on multiple components of a successful People organization — from employee experience to HR to systems administration, and all the things in between — and is excited to join a growing Silicon Valley-backed start-up and play a key role in scaling our culture and fueling our growth. You'll join an experienced team of engineers with direct experience building and scaling teams through massive growth at companies like Amplitude, Airtable, Meta, Pinterest, and Apple.
On the back of this experience and our success to date, we’ve raised over $32M from leading investors, including Greylock and Battery Ventures. Join us as we build the next-generation identity security platform!
