Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.What You'll DoThe Senior Program Manager is responsible for orchestrating and driving successful outcomes on large client implementations.
This pivotal role in Professional Services encompasses managing diverse workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining uncompromised quality standards, and promoting transparent communication amongst all stakeholders. In this role, You Will
- Project Leadership: Navigate the end-to-end delivery terrain of the implementation, ensuring that project milestones align timely and within scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for both internal and client-side stakeholders (from project team to executives), fostering regular, transparent, and constructive communication.
- Workstream Coordination: Supervise multiple workstreams, ensuring harmony and alignment with the overall program objectives.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, formulating robust mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources across workstreams.
- Budget Management: Oversee project expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility and providing regular financial updates to senior management.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce superior quality standards across all project deliverables.
- Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation, ensuring proper creation, maintenance, and archiving.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and institute best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the program.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and nurture your program team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
What You'll Need to Join Our TeamExperience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated Professional Services SaaS experience in project/program management, specifically in customer facing large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Directly managed implementation resources and budgets exceeding $2M in services revenue.
- Proven capability to manage multiple, concurrent workstreams.
- Extensive Executive relationship management.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional)

It is preferred for this role to be in the Park Ridge, IL office 2 days per week if candidate is located in the Chicagoland area.
