Job Summary:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, as our Branch Team Associate (BTA) your responsibilities are to work in our showroom to keep shelves stocked, replenish product when needed by going to the warehouse, picking products along with general warehouse responsibilities and face to face customer service. This is a Monday through Friday 1st shift position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively with Coworkers or managers
- Communicate with Managers on merchandising needs
- In shelf merchandising
- Set up displays and product demonstrations
- Assist customers locating products
- Assist customers load/unload orders
- Clean and organize the showroom
- General Warehouse duties, such as picking orders, stocking shelves etc.
- Field inbound phone calls
- Process sales & service orders
- Assisting all departments with various business activities
- Safety first mentality, maintain a clean work environment
- Cycle counts/inventory
- Use a pallet jack throughout the day
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma
- Some Retail sales experience preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTITUDES:
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
- Attention to detail
- Dependable
- Customer Service experience
- Multi-tasking
- Self-Motivated
- Navigate basic computer systems
- Forklift experience a plus

Work environment and physical demands:
- Standing for long periods of time while providing customer service
- Exposure to noise and vibrations from a variety of equipment
- Physical activity includes
- Standing for long periods of time , Regular walking, Reaching, Stooping, Bending, Kneeling, Crouching, Climbing stairs and ladders, Working on elevated platforms, Use of hands for lifting and pulling
- Regular lifts or moves up to 25 lbs.
- Frequently lifts or moves up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally lifts or moves up to 100 lbs.
- Operation of powered equipment, such as forklifts
