Position Title: Data Analysts
CONVR Inc.Data Analysts to organize large amounts of data as part of our Business Development (BD) team. Work with the Solutions Consultant to prepare data for customer presentation and analysis by using their technical skills in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Snowflake. This role will be collaborating with multiple departments and does require customer interaction to explain data findings particular to the customer. Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Execute data runs through platform and organize data into meaningful customer summary using Snowflake, Python, and Tableau.
- Organize and analyze data across multiple dimensions based on customer process using Snowflake, Python and Tableau.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
- Present data to BD team and collaborate to build plan and deliverable for client readout using Tableau.
- Lead Pilots to Go Live (P2GL).
- Apply experience with SaaS Environment Management including Data visualization, Statistical analysis, Data modeling, and Programming in Python.
- Apply experience running scripts in Python to extract data from Amazon S3.
- Apply experience developing and maintaining Tableau reports and dashboards to support business analytics and decision-making processes.
- Apply experience utilizing Snowflake data warehouse and Amazon S3 to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and visualization purposes.
- Organize Convr server environments and client configurations using Json schema and push the code using version control tools including GIT.
- Apply experience designing and implementing data visualization solutions using Tableau, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance of information.
- Support small scale product development prioritized by the business development team.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in customer calls and meetings.
- Serve as an expert regarding customer questions and concerns.
- Support offshore deliverables remotely as needed.
- Run data analytical queries, write reports, and present findings.
- Rely on Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Applicant’s experience must include:
- Technical skills with SQL, Tableau, Python, Snowflake
- Experience with SaaS Environment Management including Data visualization, Statistical analysis, Data modeling, and Programming in Python.
- Running scripts in Python to extract data from Amazon S3.
- Developing and maintaining Tableau reports and dashboards to support business analytics and decision-making processes.
- Utilizing Snowflake data warehouse and Amazon S3 to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and visualization purposes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Designing and implementing data visualization solutions using Tableau, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance of information.
- Telecommuting permitted upon approval.
Minimum education and experience requirements:PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Science, related field or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience as Data Analyst or related occupation with SaaS solutions company or providing software solutions to insurance industry.ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must have Bachelor of Science Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Science, related field or equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience as Data Analyst or related occupation with SaaS solutions company or providing software solutions to insurance industry.
