Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III with a strong technical background and a proven track record in data analysis, SQL, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and will thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Perform detailed data analysis to drive business insights and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements
- Utilize AWS services to optimize data processing and storage
- Communicate analysis findings and technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong expertise in SQL with extensive experience in structuring complex queries
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with machine learning environments
Additional Information:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- This is a hybrid role, requiring three days onsite per week in McLean, VA.
