We are seeking a results-driven and creative
Performance Marketing Manager (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) to join our team in Tallinn or Tartu (or hybrid/remote). You’ll be responsible for developing and executing Paid Social marketing campaigns to boost our user base, keep customers coming back, and grow our revenue. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will shape Click & Grow’s brand and marketing strategy, to build a compelling lifestyle brand with strong growth.When you join us,you’ll experience perks such as a 4-day work week, wellness benefits, inclusive company and team events, and health and sports compensation.

  • Build and manage Paid Social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from start to finish, ensuring they align with our overall strategy and achieve key performance metrics.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS using insights and A/B testing for maximum impact.
  • Create compelling campaigns to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition through captivating storytelling and engaging visuals.

Actionable Insights:

  • Measure and analyze the performance of your campaigns, assessing them against goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to find new growth opportunities, applying this knowledge to achieve optimal results.
  • Share learnings with the team to drive ongoing improvement and action.

Creative Development & Collaboration:

  • Have a strong understanding of what works in ad creatives, and take the lead in driving growth through improved and innovative creative
  • Provide clear and detailed design briefs that produce attention-grabbing content and align with campaign objectives.
  • Write bold and imaginative ad copy in English that captivates users while staying true to the brand identity and values.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration across departments, sharing ideas and feedback to achieve campaign success.

Skills You'll Need To Bring:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with 3+ years of managing ad campaigns on Meta; additional experience with platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat is highly desirable.
  • History of successful strategy development and execution for growth and efficiency on paid social
  • Ability to work effectively and with initiative as an independent owner of paid social - be the person to bring new ideas and projects to the table
  • Strong analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional English copywriting skills.
  • Prior experience in creative briefing.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills (and a great sense of humor!)
  • Experience working across other digital marketing disciplines such as Paid Search (Google Ads) is a big plus
  • Experience working within US and Canadian markets is highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
