VP of Product
Management to join our team and lead the development and execution of our product strategy on a global scale. The VP of Product Management will be responsible for leading the product design and development efforts at Atlas on a global level. The VP of Product Management will report directly to the CTO and will be a key member of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and launching successful products on a global scale and a deep understanding of the latest product development trends and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's global product strategy and roadmap
- Lead the global product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development is aligned with business goals and regional market requirements
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities in different regions
- Define global product requirements and specifications
- Ensure global product development is on schedule and within budget
- Oversee global product launches and ensure successful adoption by users in different regions
- Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders in different regions
- Continuously monitor global product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes in different regions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the global product development team
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in global product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of technology and the software development process
- Proven track record of building and launching successful products on a global scale.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and global product launch strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with teams in different regions and cultures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in different regions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
