Learn more)We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Lead to join our team and manage streamlining and automating operational processes in Novidea, our core back office operating system which is built on Salesforce.The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Salesforce platform including both APEX code and Salesforce’s native low-code/no-code functionality. Expect to work with integrating third-party applications and dealing with third-party managed packages and maintaining them. These include AgentSync and Ascend, among others, for us.You’ll work closely with software engineers that build and maintain code that integrates with Novidea to power functionality on our agent facing distribution and underwriting platform.

What we look for:


  • Minimum 4 years in Salesforce development, configuration, and automation.
  • Experience designing and implementing workflow automation in Salesforce.
  • Experience building and maintaining automations in Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations.
  • Expertise with Salesforce reporting and data modeling.
  • Experience shipping features and code in Salesforce.
  • Ability to collaborate directly with Insurance operators to drive change and development.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is not required nor expected, but could be a nice to have.

What You'll Do:


  • Oversee Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop automations in our AMS/PAS platform built on Salesforce to improve underwriting and operations. You’ll use Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations.
  • Become an expert in our data models across our software systems and collaborate with other Pathpoint Software engineers on integrations into and out of our AMS/PAS platform Novidea which is built on Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the operations and underwriting teams to administer Novidea functionality.
  • Ensure customizations and automations we make to Novidea and Salesforce are reliable and error free.
