Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a strategic doer with strong project management skills and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing product operations to ensure alignment with the needs of the business and an exceptional customer experience.  

Essential Functions:


As the Product Operations Lead, you will:


  • Serve as the lead for product onboarding and support to ensure optimal customer experience. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to develop and optimize product operations strategies and processes. 
  • Lead change initiatives and create structures which support product management best practices, methodologies, and tools, serving as an internal expert
  • Support agile product development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. 
  • Seek out business partners’ feedback and pain points, then design solutions to address the issues, defining objectives and creating / executing against project plans
  • Ensure the latest best practices, processes and tools are available for Product team to deliver products and capabilities. 
  • Drive the execution of product launches, including coordinating timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple teams. Identify areas to streamline and optimize routine tasks. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, process workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Act as a key liaison between product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and timelines. 
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to product operations. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product operations and recommend innovative solutions. 

PM22Requirements

Required Education and Experience


  • 6+ years direct people management experience. 
  • 5+ years SaaS experience 
  • Progressive and broad experience leading operations and operational teams such as product support, product onboarding, product enablement. Preferably in a high-growth technology company.  
  • A strong operational background and a track-record of making data driven decisions.
  • Polished communicator at all levels of the organization that can effectively interface with business teams
  • Positive and enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Skill and credibility doing the core work of a user facing team with a high bar for quality and a willingness to lead by example
  • An ability to execute on and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have significantly improved operations and delivered quantifiable business impact.
  • BA/Bs degree from an accredited program.
