As a Product Specialist specializing in AI & Data, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge AI-driven products and solutions, enhanced data driven solutions, and continuous product lifecycle improvements. In this role, you will join an organization with a unique product set that revolutionizes training and learning management, continuing education (CE), compliance, workforce scheduling, safety management, and more. 

What You’ll Do


  • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to define the strategic direction for AI and data solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for high impact AI capabilities, especially in content development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI technologies guiding decision-making and solution design to maximize product effectiveness and performance.
  • Drive the execution, testing, and validation of AI initiatives to confirm feasibility and value of AI solutions in enhancing content development workflows and driving business impact.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to validate efficacy of AI products.
  • Create and support comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials, to support internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote and support new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with education, commercial, and public safety sector leaders to understand, develop and implement strategies to operationalize data for product, customer success and sales teams, ensuring seamless access to relevant and actionable insights.
  • Enhance product reporting processes in collaboration with Sales Operations and Finance teams.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract repeatable insights and to generate actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the re-engineering of the release management process by partnering with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Sales Enablement teams to streamline and optimize the release management lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and align the release management process with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with product requirements and overall strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems).
  • Proven 2-5 years experience in product management, product development, or a related role, with a focus on AI and/or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong 0understanding of data governance, AI technologies, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in data and AI technologies.
