Our digital therapeutics — SleepioRx for insomnia, DaylightRx for anxiety — both recently cleared by the FDA, provide treatment anytime, anywhere. Our digital program - Spark Direct - helps to reduce the impact of persistent depressive symptoms. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers and patients, identifying the challenges they face
- Translate these challenges into product plans, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and clinical teams
- Define clear success metrics and measurable objectives for our products
- Execute on product plans, crafting delightful user experiences that drive measurable impact
- Conduct user research in partnership with design and clinical teams
- Collaborate with the analytics team to delve into data, discern trends, and inform future decisions
- Develop best-in-class product specifications that simplify complexity and convey the core value delivery.
- Effectively communicate the rationale behind our product initiatives to the entire organization
- Mitigate risks in your plans through various tactics such as testing, data analysis, and competitive analysis
- Mobilize the team to move swiftly and embrace iterative development
- Partner with relevant teams to create and implement transition plans and training programs to drive adoption of new products and features
Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, or business.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience with a track record of delivering highly successful and innovative software products
- Proficiency in all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Good understanding of technical aspects, including platforms, tools, and application development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Start-up mentality and thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused enviornment.
- Previous experience working on patient-facing products within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
$115,000 - $135,000 a year
Compensation
Please note that the compensation details listed for US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
