Our core values drive us, in business, internally, and in our everyday lives.We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Mid-Level Product Designer with expertise in the full design process—from discovery and research to UI design and usability testing.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, customer success, and engineering, to validate ideas quickly and iterate based on user feedback. You will have strong experience in interaction design, animation, and designing for different platforms, ensuring responsiveness and usability across web, desktop, and mobile devices.
What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
Objective #1
In your first thirty days, develop an understanding of the Veryon product suite and it’s offerings. You will focus on:
- End-to-End Design Process: Execute the entire design process, from conducting research and discovery to delivering high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes.
- User Research & Personas: Understand user pain points, conduct user research, and create or modify user personas to guide product development.
- Prototyping & Testing: Quickly validate ideas by creating prototypes and conducting usability tests. Gather and implement user feedback to continuously improve designs.
Objective #2
In your first 90 days, you'll continue to work on cross collaboratively with other business units and you will:
- Interaction Design & Animation: Leverage your knowledge of interaction design and animation to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for different screen resolutions across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency across the product.
- Agile Development: Collaborate with the development team in an Agile environment, ensuring design alignment with sprints and iterative cycles.
Who We’re Looking For – The Personal Competencies That Matter
Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Figma Expertise
: Proficiency in Figma, including staying updated on the latest plugins and developments.
Prototyping Tools
: Strong experience with Figma, Marvel, Invision and other prototyping tools for user testing.
Interaction & Animation
: Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and animation to enhance user engagement.
Responsive Design
: Solid understanding of responsive design principles for different screen resolutions.
