Full-timeDescriptionTitle: Contract & Design ManagerReports to: VP Strategic Sales Classification: Salary / ExemptThe Contract & Design Manager will lead and coach a team of professionals in the CDS department to achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction. The CDS Manager is in charge of daily operations, coordination of quarterly travel, and measuring profitability using analytics. Manage CDS department and team through coaching, directing, counseling, teaching, training, and evaluation.2. Schedule and coordinate annual CDS meetings and travel quarterly to CDS markets for team development and meetings.3. Analyze profitability using bid tabulations, customer feedback, and manufacturer's reps data.4. Train CDS department associates in negotiations with manufacturer's reps and drive competitive costing approach.5. Maintain adequate staffing and prepare evaluations, disciplinary reports, and achievements reports.6.
Direct payroll distribution, work schedule assignments, and order reviews for profit margins, deposits, and freight charges.7. Provide detailed AutoCad drawings, equipment schedules, and equipment price quotations to customers and sales associatesWhat You Will Need· Excellent customer service skills, dependability and a team player mindset· Pass a pre-employment physical & drug screen· High School Diploma or equivalent· 8+ years of experience within the foodservice industryState preferred experience.
