Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer & Administrator to work closely with the Director of Sales Enablement, who will design and qualify projects to ensure alignment with business goals. This dual-role position requires experience in Salesforce development, integrations (including APIs and third-party systems), Salesforce Communities, Marketing tools, and the administration of Salesforce, including dashboards, fields, and custom objects. Experience with Domo for data visualization and analytics is a plus.

Salesforce certifications are highly preferred. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Salesforce Development:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies to meet business needs. Work closely with the Director of Sales Enablement to implement project designs and ensure they align with organizational goals.
  • Project Collaboration:Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement to understand project requirements, qualify objectives, and ensure seamless execution of Salesforce solutions that support sales enablement and business strategy.
  • Integrations:Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation), including REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions like MuleSoft. Ensure secure and scalable integrations for seamless data exchange.
  • SPIs (Salesforce Platform Integrations):Build and maintain Salesforce Platform Integrations (SPIs) for real-time or batch-mode data transfers between external systems and Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Communities:Customize and maintain Salesforce Communities to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Implement security controls, user authentication, and mobile-friendly designs.
  • Marketing Tools Integration:Integrate Salesforce with marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud or Pardot. Support marketing automation, customer journeys, and engagement tracking to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Salesforce Administration:Serve as a Salesforce Administrator by managing dashboards, creating reports, adding fields, building custom objects, advanced flows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations. Support users with training, troubleshooting, and configuration updates. Clean data management.
  • Customization & Configuration:Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions by working closely with stakeholders. Configure workflows, validation rules, automations, and triggers for various processes.
  • Data Management & Migration:Ensure data integrity and governance by managing data imports, migrations, and clean-up efforts. Use Data Loader and other ETL tools as necessary.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Create and maintain detailed dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into business performance. Work with department leads to develop custom reports that drive strategic decision-making. Experience with Domo for advanced data visualization and analytics is a plus.
  • Release Management & Deployment:Handle release management, deployments, and environment management using tools like Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration & Support:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the Director of Sales Enablement. Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users and ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including both front-end (LWC, Visualforce) and back-end (Apex, SOQL) development.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or other advanced certifications preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience, with proven skills in building dashboards, reports, objects, and fields.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including API development (REST, SOAP) and SPI integrations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security (OAuth, SSO, profiles, roles, and sharing rules).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins).
  • Experience with middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Jitterbit) for integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including data governance and security.
  • Domo experience is a plus for data visualization and advanced reporting.

Preferred Skills:


  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Pardot Specialist. Knowledge of  Bitrix, Netsuite, and other integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools like Data Loader and ETL solutions.
  • Experience with additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Knowledge of Omni-Channel Routing, AI – Einstein, and Communities.
