Reporting to the Global TA Partner, you will partner with business leaders and their teams to provide full cycle recruiting support in our India region.
You will be responsible for hiring top talent and creating an exceptional hiring experience. You will be a master of your craft, building pipelines of candidates for current and future openings. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be creative in your candidate approach, bringing new strategic ideas to the table.
What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
Objective 1: Within your first 30 days, you will familiarize yourself with the organization, our ATS, the People Ops Team, learn our hiring process, and our pain points.
Works collaboratively with Global TA Partner and People Ops team to identify and understand the challenges and opportunities for enhancing our recruiting processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency in talent acquisition.
Drive full lifecycle recruitment for positions in the designated region at all levels across the organization, ensuring a high level of service delivery. Ensure strategies are aligned with corporate objectives and goals to positive impact business results.
Utilize strategic consulting and influencing skills to provide talent acquisition expertise and recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders on ways to attract the best talent.
Objective 2: Within your first 3 months, you will lead recruiting initiatives in your region. You will accomplish this by:
Ensure a high-level experience by working directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
Partner with senior business leaders and Global TA Partner to understand business strategies, organizational plans, and the talent landscape.
Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans that attract a diverse candidate pipeline while proving an excellent candidate experience.
Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
You’ll own the offer letter process; you’ll be a subject matter expert in compensation by partnering with finance and People Operations to #Make-it-Happen!
Objective 3: Over the next 6 months, you’ll continue to build out candidate pipelines for future openings, you’ll do so by:
Continuing to work with the People Operations team to implement programs that bring top talent to Veryon. Things like employee referral program, attending career fairs, networking events.
You will meet weekly with the Global TA Partner to align on Veryon’s business objectives, you’ll report on market trends and things you observe in your region.
