Position Summary:
The E-Mail Marketing Specialist drives multiple client e-mail marketing and service communication projects simultaneously with a meticulous eye for detail and a keen sense of design in support of client branding goals.
Position Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with a project team to develop client marketing E-mail campaigns
- Sets up E-mail templates in online content platform with content and design developed by the Creative team, with appropriate segmentation and variables for each audience
- Manages segmentation and versioning tasks using E-mail platforms and applications such as Taxi, Message Hub and Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Oversees content management for data and module variables within E-mail creation platforms
- Attends and contributes to team planning meetings with relevant stakeholders to identify tasks within projects required for successful e-mail launches
- Leads and executes quality assurance processes to achieve goals for highest level branding and design
- Provides quality assurance by previewing segmentations and variables, ensures content renders correctly and variable data populates accurately.
- Organizes workload for efficient time management
- Meets multiple schedule deadlines on time
- Stays abreast of digital and e-mail marketing trends, innovations and successes
- Develops E-Mails for promotions marketing, newsletters, and potentially event marketing
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in E-Mail task/project execution; 5 years preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of and success in using:
- E-mail content platforms such as Taxi, Message Hub and Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Segmentation techniques for versioning of marketing and servicing e-mails
- Meticulous, precise attention to detail in support of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Ability to work successfully as part of a creative team including Art Directors, Creative Directors and Copywriters
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information
- Ability to interpret and adhere to client’s brand standards, including cross-referencing multiple sources as needed
- Strong communication skills, including ability to present ideas successfully in a professional group setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and strong time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changeable priorities
- Ability to satisfactorily pass the background check requirements of our financial services client, to obtain client-issued laptop and network access.
Reporting to This Position: NoneSalary DescriptionSalary Range: $64,400 to $70,800 annually
