What you will be doing:
- Work with the Global Head to further develop and implement Insightec’s EMEA Market Access Plan for current and upcoming indications.
- Develop and implement robust national and local pricing and reimbursement action plans in relevant countries with a focus on Eastern European countries in collaboration with other functions, incl. commercial, medical affairs, clinical applications.
- Lead, review, and approve all Health Technology Assessment (HTA) / pricing and reimbursement submissions, in line with global strategy and best methodological practice in relevant EMEA countries with a focus on Eastern European countries.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical reimbursement and health policy, ideally in several countries
- Good understanding of health economics
- Experience working with KOLs, governments, public bodies, and private payers.
- Apply business and corporate ethical standards.
- Multitask and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage different projects in parallel.
- Perform due diligence; assess and interpret HTA and pricing and reimbursement requirements and their impact.
- Understanding of national and local health care policies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing (English).
- Ability to analyze information and assess risk potential.
- Minimum M.Sc. or M.A. degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
- Perfect command of English and fluency in at least one other European country.
