About the Role


As a senior member of the Delivery team, you are the QGenda Credentialing expert and trusted advisor to the customer.  As needed, you will assist our sales team during their interactions with prospective customers, lending your expertise, domain, and software knowledge on demos and other pre-implementation conversations.  Likewise, you will provide a key voice to our product teams to ensure the ongoing development and optimization of the Credentialing product is inline with industry expectations and the practical needs of credentialing offices, CVOs and payer stakeholders across the landscape of health systems and medical practices.  Finally, as the face of our enterprise implementation teams during intake and solution design, your expertise will be leveraged extensively to match the solutions QGenda credentialing can produce to the use cases and business outcomes desired by our customers.While this position will report to the Credentialing delivery leader within QGenda Customer Experience, they will also interact extensively with sales and product resources.  They will also need to display peer-to-peer leadership impact to other members of the Credentialing implementation team, working very closely with the Implementation Consultants to ensure the configurations, features and workflows built within the product are aligned with the strategic design and enterprise business needs.  This cross-functional role will require someone with extensive problem solving skills, curiosity to learn and grow alongside the team, and be a confident, credible voice with the leadership stakeholders of our largest customers.

Who You Are 


  • Help sales and the solutions consultant team on demos and other conversations with prospects to highlight and explain key features and how they solve enterprise challenges
  • Seek to understand the business goals and objectives of customers
  • Determine how QGenda Credentialing can help accomplish those objectives
  • Independently consult customers on their existing workflows and best practices to ensure customers maximize the power of QGenda
  • Work with the Implementation Consultants to plan and build out the needed workflows and other configurations to meet industry standards and customer expectations
  • As enterprise implementations progress, oversee the success and ensure the customer is receiving the business outcomes originally communicated during sales and intake
  • Engage with the product teams to provide feedback on the development road map as well as acting as the credentialing industry SME on specific UI and other functionality being built by our development team.
  • Work with the PMO or Onboarding Intake team to determine scope for new implementations
  • Contribute to team-specific goals, initiatives, or process improvements for the Credentialing Delivery team

Experience You Bring 


  • Aware of interdependencies between the Customer Experience department, the QGenda product (or comparable software solutions), and the customer's IT landscape. Able to identify and mitigate associated challenges and design a solution that minimizes the impact to the customer
  • Possesses specialized and advanced knowledge of the medical credentialing, privileging and payer enrollment industry, along with all of the associated required medical certifications, licenses and other documentation obtained during medical provider onboarding.
  • Experience directly within or working with Medical Staff Services teams and other functions within hospital and health systems that own the credentialing and privileging processes for their providers and facilities.
  • Experience with various credentialing softwares, both in the implementation and maintenance of such systems
  • Shows attention to detail pertaining to product setup and configuration. Understands and follows QGenda standards and processes
  • Employs a consultative approach when working with customers

Requirements


  • 8+ years applicable experience, preferably working and leading within a credentialing function at a large healthcare organization
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • NAMMS and/or other credentialing certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
