The Position:
We are seeking a detail-orientedBioanalyticalOperations Associate for a contract position to cover parental leave.In this temporary role, you will oversee the bioanalysis operations for both GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and non-GLP bioanalysis studies, supporting the development of small molecule drugs. Reporting to the Non-clinical Development team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key drug development projects during this crucial period.
Your Impact:
- Coordinate regulated bioanalysis activities across development programs, ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the development, validation, and execution of bioanalytical assays for ongoing preclinical and clinical programs.
- Provide timeline updates to the Head of Bioanalysis,Non-clinical Development, and collaborate with key stakeholders in Research, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, and Clinical Research to address bioanalysis-related project issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within academia, a pharmaceutical company, or a contract research organization (CRO), with a focus on bioanalysis oversight.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams, driving successful outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills to present complex scientific information to various stakeholders.
