The Reseller Partner Program team is a group of dedicated individuals who are passionate about finding the right partners for Pendo and helping to enable those partners to sell portions of the Pendo product line. We work with partners that span multiple industries including: Fintech, Banking, Procurement, HR, Field Services, and Education. Our partners white label Pendo’s Digital Adoption solutions and resell those products to their customers. Role Responsibilities:As a Partner Enablement Manager, your primary responsibility is to spearhead organization-wide enablement initiatives, focusing specifically on Go-to-Market teams: Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success.
In this role, you will create, manage, and execute worldwide Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives. These initiatives are to be tailored for our key partners to help them succeed in supporting our program, run marketing campaigns, build executive relationships, grow revenue, and shape their GTM strategies.In this cross-functional role, you'll collaborate closely with Pendo’s executives, sales, product management, and marketing teams. You will play a critical role in business retention by ensuring a seamless setup experience for new and existing partners.Role includes:
- Responsible for creating and delivering partner-specific enablement plans aimed at driving consistent and substantial revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to both internal Pendo and external partner stakeholders.
- Accountable for ensuring a smooth onboarding for new partners by providing technical training, product knowledge, and GTM support resources to ensure a seamless partnership kickoff.
- Gather technical requirements and validate prospective partners technical fit, ensuring a smooth onboarding and setting up partners for success
- Collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, customer success and others to gather partner and customer feedback and escalate any issues.
- Act as a Pendo subject matter expert and mentor by contributing relevant content, processes, and thought leadership that advance the partnership team strategy and goals
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years or more of channel partner experience, enablement or Sales Engineering in SaaS
- Experience creating and delivering enablement programs to multiple stakeholder groups, including GTM teams, with a proven impact to the business
- Have solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
- Hands-on experience working with/troubleshooting web (HTML, CSS, Javascript, REST APIs) or mobile technologies either in a customer-focused role or as a developer
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills adaptable to both executives and technical stakeholders
- Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with digital adoption and/or experience selling outcomes of digital transformation and change management is a huge plus
- Proven track record of working with large Enterprise customers, advocating for their needs, and driving successful outcomes.
