The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As our Marketing Specialist, reporting into the Director of Marketing, Commercial Finance, your primary focus will be driving growth by supporting the strategic marketing plan, developing and managing high ROI marketing programs, and leading event and association management initiatives. You’ll be part of a collaborative, creative, and metrics-driven marketing team focused on increasing company performance and revenue.
We are looking for a skilled individual with a passion for writing and creative thinking to engage prospects and partners. The ideal candidate is a communications expert with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. You must be a self-starter, capable of taking programs from strategy through to execution with great attention to detail – someone who can craft a plan and make it happen.
Core Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Support the marketing plan and go-to-market strategies to drive growth across channels, verticals, and segments through targeted marketing campaigns and programs.
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns from concept to completion on assigned projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Lead event and association management by planning and coordinating participation in industry events, managing industry association relationships, and driving sales enablement initiatives.
- Create and update new sales materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and value propositions.
- Analyze competitive sales materials and market trends, identifying opportunities to strengthen our positioning.
- Optimize and manage the referral program.
- Oversee and optimize retargeting and nurture campaigns, continuously improving program performance through data analysis.
- Write and develop strategically focused, engaging content with clear calls to action to resonate with our target audience.
- Continuously measure and optimize program performance using analytics and best practices, ensuring maximum results.
- Work closely with marketing team members, agencies, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute integrated campaigns and programs.
- Report regularly on marketing performance and ensure consistent communication of results.
- Problem-solve, prioritize, and multi-task while working independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced evolving environment

Qualifications
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, B2B experience preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, including email, social media and online campaigns.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, like Salesforce (SF) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Design skills a plus
