Part Time
Clinical Pharmacy Technicianto join its team inSmyrna, GA.
This is a hybrid role.
The Part Time Clinical Pharmacy Technician is primarily responsible for supporting the Clinical Services team to include, but not limited to assessing and assisting with prescription refills to improve medication adherence. The PT Clinical Pharmacy Technician must outreach pharmacies, prescribers, and/or patients to coordinate and facilitate prescription fills. Additionally, the PT Clinical Pharmacy Technician is required to document all interactions, activities, and provide additional support to the Clinical Services team as appropriate to their scope of work

No Weekends. 20hrs per week.
Must be able to work from home
Mon - Fri 10:30 am - 7:30 pm.
Must be able to train in office within the times of 8:30am-5:30pm, M-F,we can be flexible to accommodate the onsite training.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage current and potential patients with the goal of understanding barriers to medication adherence.
- Provide a superior experience with communicating on the phone.
- Completes daily Medication Support Actions (MSA) processes.
- Assist the Clinical Services team with prescriber, pharmacy, or patient outreaches and obtain necessary patient information needed to provide patient care.
- Assess and enroll Hybrid Support level patients for High Touch services.
- Work to organize and prioritize daily workload to meet company goals and priorities.
- Assist the Clinical Pharmacists in obtaining medication information discrepancies, medication histories, etc.
- Provides clear, complete, and accurate documentation.
- Assist Care Management with patient enrollment for Medication Management services.
- Assist with Health Plan initiatives such as SUPD, HEDIS or other programs related to pharmacy measures.
- Assist with MTM services, to include, but not limited to the following: scheduling, medication review prep, document creation/ upload into MedPlan for patient profile and mailings.
Qualifications
- Must be registered in the state of Georgia as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a pharmacy environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook a plus.
