Our client, TopDog Law, seeks a Head of Growth.
As the
Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, with a primary focus on performance marketing. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies to scale the business through multiple channels, including paid digital (Meta, Tiktok, Youtube), affiliates, paid search, SEO, email, content marketing, and more.This role requires expertise in running DTC (Direct to Consumer) paid advertising campaigns across digital channels, with specific hands-on experience in scaling META ads.
You will also be tasked with overseeing a $50M-$100M marketing budget.In collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for meeting cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets across various states and legal case types. With an unlimited budget for achieving these CPA goals, the company demands an individual comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapid scaling. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement data-driven strategies to scale the business through multiple channels, including paid digital (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), affiliates, paid search, SEO, email, content marketing, and more.
- Performance Marketing: Lead, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring the maximization of return on ad spend (ROAS) and efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, particularly the CEO CFO, CRO, to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and revenue goals.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Build performance dashboards to track key metrics like CPA, CAC, and ROI. Provide actionable insights based on data to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Growth Experiments & A/B Testing: Innovate and implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth hacking strategies to identify new scaling opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing growth team, ensuring clear goals, professional development, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Media & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, negotiate optimal placements, and monitor budget spending across channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing within high-growth companies, preferably in legal, financial services, healthcare, education, or other service-based industries.
- Proven track record of scaling and optimizing large DTC marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and affiliates.
- Strong data-driven mindset and expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track and optimize key performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing across various marketing channels and landing pages.
- Deep knowledge of customer acquisition and lead generation strategies, managing large-scale budgets, and overseeing campaign execution.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and familiarity with growth tools.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
