Performance Media Supervisor, Freelance

Responsibilities:

• Media Planning and Execution: Oversee all aspects of the media planning process, from strategy development to execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of media planners and assistants, ensuring efficient workload management and adherence to best practices.
• Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize media campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in industry-leading media platforms and tools, such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, and Adobe.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in media planning and activation
• 2+ years of management experience
• Proven expertise in digital investment media, with a strong focus on programmatic and paid social
• Hands-on experience with self-serve programmatic and paid social media buying platforms
• Strong understanding of data strategy and data management platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work a full-time schedule for 30 days.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
