Your Mission:
As Banza’s Senior Influencer Marketing Associate, you’ll help spread the word about Banza by forging strong relationships with influencers, bringing strategic partnerships to life, and analyzing the efficacy of our efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead influencer partnerships and campaigns, owning all aspects of the process including sourcing, outreach, contracting, briefing, content development, and campaign timelines.
- Collaborate with the director of earned marketing to develop audience strategy, consistently optimizing messages based on current brand goals.
- Engage with our influencer community through posts, reels, and DMs to help build strong relationships.
- Manage all UGC tools and agency partner relationships.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen current strategies and develop new approaches and channels to test.
- Ensure the paid social team is armed with sufficient UGC content for campaigns and collaborate with them to optimize assets as needed.
- Manage weekly/monthly reporting and tracking, using insights to make each partnership better than the last.
Who You Are:
- Influencer Marketing Experience. You’ve managed campaigns from start to finish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. You’ve worked directly with agents and/or influencers on partnerships independently and understand the evolving social landscape.
- Hyper Organized. You pay attention to the details, take abundant notes, and keep a precise to-do list.
- Strong Project Management Skills. You can manage multiple timelines and projects at once without missing a beat.
- Strong Communicator. You’re proud of your excellent communication skills, and use them to consolidate information clearly and concisely.
- Tapped Into Social Culture. You love keeping tabs on what’s trending across the news and social and have an understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Enthusiastic and Flexible. You are highly adaptable with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and believe no task is too small.

Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. The salary band for this role is $75,000 - $90,000.
The range is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
