DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dedicated Test Stand Operator to join our team. The Test Stand Operator is responsible for ensuring that units tested meet customer specifications and requirements.

SKILLS & TASK

1.Test product for strength, density, durability and conformance to specifications as per procedure.2.Advise supervisor or central control operator and process machine operators of problems and product deficiencies.3.Observe gauges, meters, computer printouts, video monitors and products to ensure correct operation of machine and verify specified processing conditions.4.Make adjustments to machinery as required.5.Record production information and complete reports.6.Practice safe work procedures at all times; lead by example.7.Support any mission, vision, budget, goals & objectives.8.Provide a working environment that is safe, clean & healthy.9.Demonstrates teamwork and commitment to ongoing training for success in this position.10.Examine all work performed in assigned areas, conduct installation inspections.11.Identify deficiencies, repair and/or troubleshoot & diagnose with OEM Software.12.Maintenance of Test Stand.13.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education and Experience:

•High school diploma or equivalent required.•At least one year of experience preferred.•HD (strong mechanical/hydraulic background)

Specific Skills:

•Read & interpret blueprints/drawing specifications. Manual or processes•Follow oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse population.•Air system, chassis, hydraulic, mechanical knowledge•Operate general hand & air tools for assembly and installations•Operation of hand tools/power tools/ all measurement equipment/multimeters/ oscilloscopes/ ammeters/ voltmeter•Experience with Heavy Equipment•Must be able to lift 10lbs to 50lbs.
