Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and transform them into compelling designs. This role will drive the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a design strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and enhances the user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs to improve usability and overall user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of SAAS design projects, demonstrating expertise in both UI and UX.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
