Job Description:


As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Lumifi, you will be pivotal in driving lead generation and accelerating revenue growth. Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will focus on creating new sales opportunities through proven lead-generation techniques and solution-selling methods. This position is based full-time, onsite at the Lumifi office in Scottsdale, AZ.

Expectations:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within channel, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage potential clients.
  • Utilize automated systems to send out 100+ targeted emails each day.
  • Qualify and prospect both inbound and outbound leads to generate valuable opportunities for the sales team.
  • Clearly articulate Lumifi's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative tactics for lead generation.
  • Formulate and present sales strategies to management aimed at attracting new customers.
  • Stay informed about industry news, trends, and policies affecting the cybersecurity sector.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with director-level executives and above for the sales team.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Desired Background / Skillset:


  • BA/BS Degree in Business, or a related program, or equivalent experience
  • Cybersecurity background preferred
  • Top performer in a B2B lead generation or sales role
  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Solution selling experience
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and works well with others
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced growth environment with potential for upward mobility

Salary: $45,000-$55,000 base + commission
