We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Associate Marketing Events Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to driving the success of both domestic and international events that support our brand and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to execute high-quality events that align with marketing objectives.
As an Associate Marketing Events Specialist, you will manage all aspects of the event process, from conceptualization through execution and post-event follow-up. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the success of every event, including trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored activities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work closely with manager to research & identify new event/tradeshow opportunities and ROI
- Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted event marketing campaigns that will drive awareness, consideration and conversion to meet sales objectives and business goals
- Manage domestic & international event calendars, materials, and logistics
- Project management: Lead, implement, and provide status updates on all projects.
- Maintain a detailed procedure/process manual (work instructions). Improve and document processes and procedures
- Take ownership of assigned projects and independently drive for results
- Request quotes/Bids/Orders from approved suppliers
- Attends events and trade shows to lead and/or support event set-up, execution, and customer facing marketing
- Track and report on marketing KPIs
- Up to 30% travel is required (Domestic and International)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years events marketing experience, or related marketing experience (recommended)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong administrative and project management skills
- Execute with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
- Adaptive multi-tasking skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
