Your Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and generate HR reports.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and continuous development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
