Senior Product Manager - Healthcare


Why We Have This Role


We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Manager to support our rapidly growing Healthcare product portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise SaaS product management expertise and in-depth healthcare industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare space, a strong point of view on key opportunities for Qualtrics in the healthcare space, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of our healthcare specific products and solutions that span the full portfolio of experience management needs across patient, employee, strategy and research.

  • You love to obsess about data and growing engagement and usage through experimentation as you seek to deliver innovative products tailored for healthcare experience management practitioners.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Things You’ll Do


  • Develop product requirements and identify key success metrics
  • Collaborate with product team members and partners to define a product strategy and develop and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with that strategy
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to increase product adoption
  • Speak with customers globally to understand their needs and gather feedback
  • Perform market landscape and competitor analysis
  • Partner with our user experience designers to create amazing experiences for users of our platform
  • Collaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking
  • Work with your engineering team and dependent teams to successfully launch high usage products
  • Communicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders

What We’re Looking for on Your Resume


  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Deep vertical expertise in healthcare (providers / payers), with a strong point of view on opportunities for experience management in the industry
  • Background in one or more of (a) product management roles with healthcare-specific software firms, (b) experience management roles within healthcare, or (c) engagement management or team leadership roles in the healthcare verticals of top consulting firms is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree and or equivalent preferred
  • Strategic vision and creative problem solving, using data and qualitative insights to create a strategic framework and measure success
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally through influence, driving results without direct authority and developing and maintaining effective working relationships across both technical and commercial roles including Engineering, User Experience Design, Sales, Marketing, PR, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Ability to make meaningful headway in highly ambiguous environments and inspire collaborators to see opportunity through both high times and challenges
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and a "can-do" attitude, willing to go above and beyond typical job responsibilities.
