We are looking for a creative and driven part-time Content Specialist to help us grow our online presence and engage our audience. This role is perfect for a last-year student or a recent graduate with some experience in content creation and a passion for talent and recruitment industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and newsletters that align with our company’s mission and values.
SEO Optimization: Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
Content Calendar: Assist in creating and managing a content calendar to ensure consistent content production and distribution.
Research: Conduct market and industry research to inform content topics and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in talent acquisition.
Social Media Management: Draft and schedule posts for our social media platforms, engaging with our audience to increase visibility and followers.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation, providing insights for future content strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO and Talent Acquisition Lead to align content with overall business goals and initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
6-12 months of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role (internships, freelance work, or student projects count).
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and creativity.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and content management tools (e.g., Tilda Publishing, Planable, Hubspot, ClickUp).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Enthusiastic about talent acquisition, HR, or related fields.
