About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Manager or Senior Manager of Marketing and Demand Generation to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our demand generation strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading a high-performing marketing team. Your impact will be felt across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition of new customers to the enhancement of retention and upsell opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for acquiring new customers, cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with sales operations, content, and product marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Marketing System Architecture & Reporting: Drive the design and optimization of marketing systems architecture, working in close partnership with sales operations to ensure seamless data flow and robust company-wide reporting.
- Budget & ROI Analysis: Manage and analyze the marketing budget, focusing on maximizing ROI and revenue outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Partner with content and product marketing teams to map the customer journey and craft compelling messaging across in-person and digital channels that drives engagement and value.
- Team Leadership: Help lead and mentor a talented team of marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in demand generation, marketing leadership, or similar roles with a strong focus on driving measurable results.
- Team Management: At least 3 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically across marketing functions and align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Bonus Points For:
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience within the last 2-3 years managing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC), and project management systems.
- AI and Efficiency: Skilled in the latest tools available to extend your capabilities and amplify your impact through the use of AI and other next-gen tools that are allowing marketing teams to build more personalized campaigns.
- Versatility: A scrappy, hands-on approach with the ability to dive into various aspects of the marketing ecosystem, from content creation to social media, email marketing, website optimization, and more.
- Boston Location: Preference for candidates located in the Boston area.
You’ll Get…
We are targeting a salary range of $140,000-$170,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skill set, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:
