Job Location: Phoenix, AZ; Hybrid
Job Summary:
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial transactions related to accounts receivable and payables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices, bills, and resolving discrepancies. This role will involve maintaining positive relationships with clients, monitoring outstanding balances, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient cash flow management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, resolve discrepancies, and assist with ensuring all banking transactions are recorded accurately
- Prepares and enters payable invoices
- Prepare and execute member/retailer invoice uploads into NetSuite each month
- Manage and complete AdRocket Base and Boost invoicing each month
- Conduct account research and analysis and provide insight on variances
- Assist with audit activities
- Other ad hoc requests as assigned
- Demonstrates proper etiquette in dealing with confidential information
Job
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite is an additional plus
- Candidate will be required to complete and pass a background check screening upon offer of employment.

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
