Join us and bring your passion for helping others and making an impact!What You’ll Do:As a Tier I Proctor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of online exams. You'll monitor test takers via a live video feed, using webcams installed on their computers. You'll communicate with test takers using both written and verbal instructions, and it's essential that you're punctual, reliable, and committed to upholding exam confidentiality and integrity.Key Responsibilities Include:
- Validating test taker identities
- Observing test takers through streaming video
- Documenting notes on test taker behaviors
- Assessing the severity of suspicious behaviors and escalating when necessary
- Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Integrity and adherence to strict protocols (background check required)
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent multitasking skills
