Who we’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who loves building full-stack software, with a strong desire to also work at the business level to help determine technical and company strategy. Qualified candidates must be team-oriented, extremely self-motivated & self-directed, and accountable for maintaining performance levels. The candidate should also have strong interpersonal skills, and feel comfortable talking to and working with customers, partners, and internal leadership as required.What You’ll Do With Us:
- Design and implement full-stack software solutions to solve business problems
- Design and implement new backend API Services and Partner Integrations
- Work with our UX team to design and implement changes to our User Interface
- Talk to customers and partners to gather requirements and propose technical solutions to business problems
- Work with our Director of Engineering, Chief Strategy Officer, and other Product and Engineering leaders to determine strategy and capitalize on dynamic market opportunities
- Work with other members of the engineering team to find opportunities for larger technical investments, including technology migrations
What You’ve Done Before:
- 3-5 years of experience building full-stack, web-based software
- Owned large software projects and initiatives, from requirements gathering, to implementation, to testing and acceptance
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges, identify innovative solutions, and implement effective solutions
- Played a pivotal role in defining and shaping software architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Strong advocate for coding best practices, including testing, performance, and security
- Worked alongside both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders
Bonus qualifications
- Experience in gathering and translating client requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments
- Experience working and collaborating in a remote environment
