Title and Registration Renewals Processor,
you will review data entered from client cover sheets and supporting documents. Assist with projects as needed. This is a Full-time, in office position.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Schedule during Training:
Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm
Pay:
$19/hr.
$150 - $600 Monthly Bonus potential!
Currently we are hiring for an 11/5/2024 Orientation Date.
What you will be doing:
- Enter renewal request data into database with speed and accuracy.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completion of documents.
- Review supporting documents.
- Research and resolve issues related to license and title renewals.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Previous DMV experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient in proprietary software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment.
- Proficient Data Entry skills
- Zendesk experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
