LOCATION


This position is located in Bellevue, Washington, under a hybrid work model. Local candidates only.

JOB SUMMARY


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. This role will have broad exposure to planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the entire company, providing in-depth analysis that drives strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with senior executives and interface with all aspects of the company, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO


Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):


  • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand key business drivers and incorporate them into financial models.
  • Provide detailed variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:


  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the executive team.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business case development.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Business Partnering:


  • Serve as the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams.
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide financial guidance on key decisions.

Executive-Level Support:


  • Work closely with the CFO and executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of materials for board meetings and executive presentations.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the executive team.

WHAT WE REQUIRE


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with different teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboarding
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and KPIs.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


  • Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $78,000 - $120,000 with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education or location.
