This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our sales organization, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable success across our teams. You will develop and implement sales training programs, create sales and customer success (CS) recruiting playbooks, and support cross-department collaboration. You'll be responsible for empowering our sales and account management teams through tailored onboarding, data-driven training, and consistent support, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training & Development: Design and lead comprehensive sales training programs for new hires, managers, and account teams, ensuring readiness to meet ambitious revenue targets.
- Sales Enablement Strategy: Create, implement, and continuously refine sales enablement strategies, including structured onboarding programs, playbooks, and leadership development initiatives for sales managers.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and other departments to align strategies, processes, and communications, fostering a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales Technology & Tools: Oversee the selection and implementation of sales tools and technology (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.), ensuring the sales team is equipped with best-in-class resources to drive efficiency and results.
- Metrics & Accountability: Establish and manage KPIs for the sales organization, leveraging data to continually refine training programs and ensure teams are meeting performance metrics and revenue targets.
- Recruiting & Talent Development: Collaborate with the HR team to attract and retain top sales talent, and implement development plans to scale high-performing teams.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas for improving sales processes, coaching methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales development experience in technology or SaaS, with a strong preference for PropTech experience.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams that deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Proven track record of developing and executing sales enablement strategies, leveraging data to drive performance improvements.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large, distributed sales teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Experience with sales technology and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, sales automation tools) and a deep understanding of how to leverage them for maximum team effectiveness.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make informed decisions to drive improvements.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
