Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL and Excel to work with large data sets, analyzing, profiling, and identifying anomalies, errors, or inconsistencies.
- Analyze and profile data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies, bugs, or system failures to find the root cause.
- Design and implement test cases to verify data integrity and ensure accurate reporting based on user or system requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical documentation and deliver insights through comprehensive reports.
- Identify trends and create strategies for process improvement within 401(k) administration.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience that includes SQL and Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data anomalies.
- Prior experience in financial services or 401(k) administration is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Work in a flexible hybrid model, with one in-office day per week at our North Phoenix HQ on the 101 highway and Cave Creek Rd.
