An affiliate of The Agora Companies is seeking an Email Production Associate who loves to work hard, is a team player and is looking to expand his or her career.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring our content reaches the right audience at the right time in a fast-paced and enriching team environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, extremely organized and able to perform multiple tasks concurrently and effectively.Years of experience is great, but more important is the desire to be a part of a successful company and the motivation to succeed.  

Responsibilities


  • Execute the email production process for daily, weekly and recurring promotional and fulfillment emails.
  • Troubleshoot problems and issues with code and backend setup.
  • Work with in-house developers to set up and test new initiatives for sales.
  • Check all emails, ensuring that links are working and that creative and content are accurate.
  • Understand best practices for list segmentation and other aspects of email execution.
  • Additional projects as requested.

  • You have experience working with email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, Drip, Blueshift, etc.
  • You are confident working with HTML/CSS.
  • You can work in a hybrid work environment splitting your time between remote and in-office work in our Baltimore, MD office.
  • You have a tireless work ethic and are up for a challenge!
  • You are able to work efficiently and not get thrown off by multiple requests or changes to deliverables.
  • If you are self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • You have the ability to self-check your work and troubleshoot any issues.
  • You are able to learn from your mistakes and move ahead. 
  • The ability to collaborate closely with team members is a must, as communication is vital in this role. 

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000
