Responsibilities :
- Providing excellent customer service as first point of contact (handle all incoming information requests and sales calls promptly).
- Following up, qualifying, nurturing and converting enquiries into leads generated by direct mail, trade shows, social media and web site activities.
- Communicating solution value proposition to prospects
- Understanding and analysing prospect/customer requirements
- Identifying contacts within target companies (employ effective account exploration and account mining tactics)
- Working with the Alliance Manager on all activities, including pricing proposals, quotations, partner activity and KPIs reports
- Organizing online/on-site demonstrations to French and EMEA prospects/customers with the Presales consultants.
- Maintain the relationship and develop the commercial offer with existing customers
- Actively working with Marketing to build lead generation campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate records (update information within CRM)
Required skills include :
- 2 years' experience in Inside Sales
- Bilingual English and French, German appreciated
- SaaS and/or manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent communication (phone and email) and interpersonal skills
- High quality standards, flexible, team player, rigorous
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Office (excel, powepoint,...)
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce, ...)
