Rad Power Bikes has grown to 650,000+ customers, leading a global revolution in low carbon mobility.We are looking for RADICAL people to join our global teams: Results-Driven, Approachable, Diverse, Innovative, Customer-Driven, Accountable, and always Learning.We are seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative for the Northeast markets to supercharge our retail presence with independent bicycle retailers.
In this dynamic sales role, you’ll analyze markets to identify potential dealer opportunities and work with them to understand the value of a Rad partnership to ultimately sign them up as an authorized dealer. In addition, you will partner with an inside account manager and a talented technical services team to drive sell-through, boost product knowledge, and provide top-notch marketing and technical support to our retailers.This role will be responsible for utilizing market, sales and customer data to steer the strategic growth roadmap for our dealer network. The salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, with on-target earnings potential of $112,000 - $150,000; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.Rad Power Bikes, North America’s largest electric bike brand, is on a mission to get people onto bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone.Location: North East USA (focus on NYC, Philadelphia, and Boston Metro)
What You’ll Do:
- Hit the road regularly to open new accounts and grow our existing partnerships in the vibrant markets of NYC, Philadelphia, and Boston.
- Be a key player in our growth strategy and help us become the go-to partner for bicycle retailers.
- Collaborate closely with retailers to meet their needs and ensure they have all the tools to succeed with our products.
Why You’re Rad:
- You bring 3+ years of experience in field sales or inside sales support.
- You have a proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, teammates, and industry peers.

Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in explaining complex topics to diverse audiences.
- A history of growing sales through relationship-building.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of key retailers in the market.
- Strong time management skills for effective scheduling.
- Relevant understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics in the E-Bike sector.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience as a sales rep in the cycling industry.
- Familiarity with bicycles, particularly e-bikes, and awareness of local e-bike regulations.
- Proficiency with Shopify, HubSpot, and Google for Business.
Had you been with us last month, you would have:
- Research, visited, and set up new accounts to showcase our bikes and accessories.
- Hosted engaging product knowledge clinics for both new and established retailers.
- Engage with key accounts to foster strong relationships.
- Provided updates on lead management efforts.
- Collaborated with your inside support team to suggest buys based on sell-through data, including popular accessories.
- Helped retailers host exciting demo rides for their local communities.
- Assessed marketing needs and connected retailers with Rad resources to enhance customer engagement.
- Prepared insightful account lead and progress reports.
- Shared valuable market insights with our sales team and leadership.
- Provided feedback to our product development team regarding trends and retailer needs.
- And of course, ride your Rad Power Bike to account meetings!
