WHAT YOU WILL DO:


We are seeking a motivated

Supply Chain Systems Analyst


aka Configuration Engineering Consultant to play a key role in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for performing system and data analysis, developing both user interface and data interface specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful configuration and implementation of applications. This role involves working closely with vendors and various teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver complex business requirements and process flows.

  • Gap Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct gap analysis between current and future processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.

  • Technical Specifications Development: Lead the creation of detailed technical specifications by translating functional designs into actionable technical designs, validating and reviewing designs with stakeholders.

  • System and Data Analysis: Perform system and data analysis to understand how the system should function, anticipating how changes in conditions and operations will affect outcomes.

  • Configuration Implementation: Manage and execute the configuration of applications across various interfaces, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

  • Deployment and Release Planning: Participate in the planning and execution of deployment tasks within different project phases, ensuring smooth transitions and implementations.

  • System Configuration and Testing: Configure and test reports using Manhattan SCI, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements and team objectives.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

  • QA and Testing Support: Assist QA teams in designing test plans and executing test cases to validate that systems meet both functional and performance requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and Support Systems: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for system-related issues, preventing and resolving problems as they arise.

  • Support Product Management: Partner with the Product Management team to ensure clear communication with peers, vendors, and business stakeholders regarding project scope and requirements.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop and share knowledge assets to improve efficiency, speed up issue resolution, and foster continuous improvement.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify root causes of system issues and suggest enhancements for future development work.

  • Issue Tracking and Resolution: Document, track, and resolve issues related to vendor services, ensuring contractual compliance and clear communication with stakeholders.

  • Coordination with External Teams: Collaborate with external teams to ensure alignment on priorities, development tasks, testing efforts, and deployment activities.

  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and feature demonstrations to ensure end-users are well-equipped to use the system effectively.

  • Mentorship and Team Support: Guide and mentor junior analysts and team members, promoting continuous learning and improvement across the team.

  • System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to improve overall system performance.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and constraints, ensuring timely and clear communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Operational Control Development: Develop and implement operational controls and metrics to measure the success of various initiatives.

  • Audit Participation: Engage in periodic audits to evaluate solutions, planning, and delivery functions, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to the systems and platforms being utilized.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:


  • 3+ years of experience working with Reply LEA, MAO, or similar Supply Chain/Warehouse Management systems.

  • 3+ years of experience in developing reports using Manhattan SCI, IBM Cognos Analytics, or similar BI/Analytics/Reporting platforms.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring Warehouse Management and BOPIS solutions in complex business environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive effective solutions while negotiating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities, able to anticipate potential future issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Quick to learn new technologies, with a commitment to developing in-depth knowledge of available data and tools while managing multiple priorities.

  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and accountable team player with a positive, constructive mindset.

  • Willingness to support off-hours work as needed, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.

  • Flexible travel schedule, with opportunities for domestic and international travel up to 50% based on project needs.

WE WOULD BE THRILLED IF YOU HAVE:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with working with vendors in a SaaS model.

  • Experience with service and project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.

  • Experience as a consultant.

WHAT WE OFFER:


  • Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional incentives. The annual salary range for this role is $115,000-$145,000.

LOCATION:


This role requires on-site presence at our client's location in Issaquah, WA.
