The Role
We’re looking to hire a Product Manager on our Technology team here at Wpromote. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle for a portfolio of features within Polaris, Wpromote’s marketing platform. As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with Product Marketing and your stakeholders to ensure the successful launch, adoption, engagement, and impact of your features. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. You Will Be
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle of a portfolio of 3 features within Polaris
- Conducting market and user research to identify high opportunity features to prioritize and build
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research, data analysis, and user feedback
- Designing UX wireframes in Balsamiq and high fidelity mockups in Sketch as needed
- Writing product requirements in Confluence and stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
- Attending Agile ceremonies, including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, production releases, and sprint demos to represent your products through the development lifecycle
- Partnering with Product Marketing and the SVP of Product on release comms plans, training materials in Canvas, and sales collateral in Google Slides
- Partnering with delivery and operational leadership to support product releases and adoption
- Designing product KPIs and working cross-functionally to build out product analytics
- Monitoring product engagement and adoption, designing and managing initiatives to increase product adoption among target audiences within the company
- Providing ongoing product support, including responding to support tickets, troubleshooting issues, reviewing feature requests, and escalating bugs to Engineering when necessary
You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience with digital marketing, marketing data services, and/or adtech
- Proven track record of driving successful outcomes at various stages of the product life cycle
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have
- A proven track record of driving successful outcomes across every stage of the product lifecycle
- Strong technical background and understanding of adtech platforms and marketing data management
- Experience working in Confluence and Jira, as well as familiarity with the agile framework
- Experience working with UX designers and conducting UX research to inform product development
- Prior experience managing marketing data flows for use in reporting and analysis
- Experience managing paid media in a client-facing role
