Temporary Associate Supply Planner
How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:
As an Temporary Associate Supply Planner, you will be the key support resource for the Supply Planning team, enabling the group to execute department functions seamlessly. Associate Supply Planners own varying tasks relating to CM Management, System Maintenance, New Product Development, and Inventory Management.
As a Temporary Associate Supply Planner, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Action Item Setup, Component updates, BOM maintenance, and kitting in conjunction with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain Oracle Planning Cloud FBDI files, including end-to-end new item setup, maintenance of primary CM and Supplier, lead times and safety stock settings
- Own item master data tasks stemming from New Product Development streams, cascading changes/updates to the supply planning team. Partner with Supply Planners as purchase orders are placed and production is in process, ensuring on-time delivery of new launches.
- Support Sourcing team on Tech Transfer projects, including supporting Pilot/Line Trials, monthly updates of order placement timelines and transition from existing to new contract manufacturer.
- Support component disposal process from both contract manufacturers and distribution centers, reducing obsolete inventory position
- Manage Bill of Material changes with the Packaging team. Partner with Master Data team to update Bills of Material in NetSuite, submit for approval, and publish updates with CMs.
- Processing of Component Receipts and Pick-up Requests.
- Attend CM Open Order Meetings and support planners in tracking component delivery to CMs.
- Maintain accurate PO dates through close communication with CMs and Vendors.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably experience with Oracle products (including both Netsuite and Oracle Planning Cloud)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality and compliance in all processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A passion for the skincare industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
What will make you stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or related field. In the absence of a degree in these disciplines, a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in supply chain or inventory management in a multi-channel environment is required
- Familiarity with skincare or beauty product supply chains.
- Prior experience or internships in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:
$30- $35 USD/hourly

We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth.
The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
