Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Process & Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure team. This role will be critical in managing Agile processes, supporting the Dynamics team, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and Scrum methodologies, with a preferred knowledge of Dynamics. This is a hybrid role, requiring regular in-office presence in the San Antonio area.
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct Business and Process Analysis, identifying areas for improvement and automation.Support the Dynamics team with DevOps practices and processes.Facilitate and run Scrum meetings, gathering and documenting requirements.Coordinate with business teams to address bugs, enhancements, and system updates.Perform testing of Dynamics processes, ensuring high-quality results.Manage Agile workflows and ensure teams adhere to Agile methodologies.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Proven leadership qualities, able to manage teams and processes effectively.
- Capable of challenging business requirements to ensure alignment with best practices and technical capabilities.
- Ability to push back or provide constructive feedback when necessary.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Prior experience or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
Additional Notes:
- Candidates must be located near San Antonio and able to attend in-office meetings a few days each week.
