Role: Sr Live Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly loan recovery plans.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics.
- Enhance collection strategies for tele-collection and ground agents.
- Dispatch collection orders to ground collection agents.
- Manage day-to-day collection operations.
- Assist agents with questions and resolve customer issues.
- Investigate fraud and troubled orders.
- Resolve customer support tickets promptly.
- Track new customer acquisitions and sales agent performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
