What is the location, shift, and pay?
- Onsite: Alfonso Reyes, 64920 Monterrey
- Pay: 17,000 pesos monthly (before taxes)
- 2 Shifts available: 5:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Thursday onsite; 8:00am - 5:00pm on Sundays remote OR
- 5:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday onsite
Essential Functions
- Providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers experiencing IT-related issues and services
- Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Performing end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end-user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware (ie, printers/copiers, etc.), and initial triage for client network environments
- Using Active Directory administration
- Analyzing and recommending alternative solutions to meet the customer needs
- Mobile Phone Support
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Advanced English Skills - oral and written
- Experience supporting and administration of VPN clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of SharePoint
- Experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
- High school diploma, college graduates preferred
